Terms and Conditions

With reservations, we require the first night’s payment of accommodation to be made at the time of the booking. You will need to present a government form of photo ID upon arrival. We will need a valid credit card/debit card number for a bond security that can occur if the terms and conditions of stay are breached. You will receive these conditions of stay with your confirmation email.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry upon arrival. Any discounts or special rates are confidential and not to be discussed. Our clients’ satisfaction is important to us. We ask that if you have an issue that you first address Reception or Management and we will endeavour to resolve any problems.

Any damage to the hostel will be charged to the guest who is responsible.

Only some communal areas in the Hostel are air conditioned.

If a guest is responsible for activating the fire alarm costs will be borne by the guest.

Check out is strictly 10am and if disregarded there can be a fee of up to $100.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
There is a 72 hour cancellation policy, you could be charged for the entirety of your booking if no notification of cancellation is provided. Refunds can only be made to the credit/debit card originally used.
